What you'll need:
Bucket filled with water
2-liter bottle with cap
Bowl piece

Assembly of your homemade bucket bong
Cut the bottom of the 2-liter plastic bottle.
Take the bottle cup, and puncture a hole in which you'll fit
in the bowl piece tightly. This can later be air tightened with
some candle wax if needed.
Fill the bucket with cold water at the level needed for the
bottle to be almost full when it is rested on the bottom of the
bucket.

Smoking
Uncap the bottle and place it in the bucket so that it is almost full
with water.
Fill the bowl, which should be screwed in the bottle cap and
close the bottle with it.
Align your ignited lighter over the bowl and gradually pull
the 2lt.. bottle up -
this will cause air to rush through the burning bowl, replacing
the water that was inside before, with rich smoke.
Once the bottle is full, remove the bowled cap and place your
hand over the top. It's smoke time! Exhale all air from lungs,
then put your mouth over the opening and let the bottle fall to
the bottom of the bucket. Open your lungs and let the pressure
from the water filling the bottle shotgun the smoke into your
lungs.
