Warranty/Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your BukketShop purchase, please notify us to assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We accept returns within 15 days of purchase in new and saleable condition in the original packaging. The returned package MUST be postmarked within 15 days of the original date of receiving your order, or BukketShop will refuse the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. However, in the event of a manufacturer's defect, we will exchange the product or issue a full refund upon receipt of the merchandise.
